I offer for rent a private room in my apartment where I live there year-round located in the 8th arrondissement of Marseille, 10 minutes walk from the metros (Rond point du Prado, Périer and Castellane).

This is a 76m2 T3, modern and recent, air-conditioned and fully equipped. Two bedrooms, one with a 140 bed for hire, bathroom and separate toilet.

A terrace with a view of the XXVI th Centenary Park. It is sometimes possible to park in the car park or in my garage in the basement of the building, it is not a 100% guarantee otherwise 5 minutes on foot there is a street where there are places . Only the bedroom is private, the rest of the apartment is shared.

Breakfast is offered, tea, coffee etc...

The apartment allows you to access the city center of Marseille, the Julien course, the old port on foot or by metro as well as everywhere in Marseille.

We will be happy, when possible, to accompany you throughout your stay.

You have direct access to go to Cassis, La Ciotat, Aix en Pce and also in Provence (Saint Rémy, Les Baux de Provence) etc...

Access to the creeks of Marseille (sugiton, sormiou and morgiou) can be done by car, bus or bike
