Lionel and Fabrice are delighted to welcome you to Villa Alyzea, their guest house located in Bessan, in the Hérault region of Southern France, surrounded by vineyards and just 15 minutes from Cap d’Agde and the Mediterranean beaches.
Nestled in a peaceful, green setting, this beautifully converted 240 m² former sheepfold offers the perfect place to enjoy the South of France, relax and share friendly moments in a welcoming atmosphere.
🛏️ Comfortable and stylish rooms
Our guest rooms feature modern, individually designed interiors. All our rooms are air-conditioned and each has its own private bathroom.
The Viognier Room also features a beautiful 20 m² private terrace with complete privacy.
An extra bed can be added to some rooms to accommodate a third guest:
Viognier, Pic Saint-Loup and Saint-Chinian: €52 per night.
Breakfast is included with your stay.

Villa Alyzea has been designed to make the most of the beautiful weather and peaceful surroundings.
During your stay, you can enjoy:

Coffee, tea and a few sweet treats are also available throughout the day.
At Villa Alyzea, everyone can enjoy their stay at their own pace: relax by the pool, unwind beneath the pine trees, explore the surrounding area or simply enjoy a friendly moment with us and our other guests.
Villa Alyzea is a non-naturist property: naturism is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
🍴 Feeling hungry?
Fabrice, a professionally trained chef, offers a selection of delicious homemade options prepared with fresh ingredients and, whenever possible, produce from local suppliers.
Depending on the season and with advance booking, you can enjoy homemade sharing platters, tapas and seasonal specialities.
During the season, our Villa Alyzea Paillotte also offers the opportunity to enjoy lunch or a light meal without having to leave the property.

• Cap d’Agde and the beaches: approximately 15 minutes
• Vias and its beaches: approximately 10 minutes
• Agde: approximately 10 minutes

• Béziers–Cap d’Agde Airport: approximately 20 minutes
• Canal du Midi, water activities and beautiful walks nearby
And of course, you can also discover Bessan, our village surrounded by vineyards and typical Mediterranean countryside.
