We deliberately set out to create a place apart, a haven of peace where exclusivity, refinement and comfort come together in a verdant setting. The surrounding area, open to the fields, offers breathtaking views - and when night comes, the starry sky completes this soothing and spectacular picture.

Each suite has a spacious bedroom, a comfortable living room and a modern bathroom. One has a walk-in shower and bath, the other a large walk-in shower.

The gîte is a self-contained holiday home on our estate with a separate entrance facing the street, but with access to the communal garden and swimming pool. The gite features a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, one double bedroom with a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a washing machine, and so on. The gite has its own private terrace with a dining area and is visually separated from the main house, ensuring you feel completely private.

Comfort, serenity and art of living.

The house is a recently renovated 19th-century “Chartreuse”. The suites and shared spaces - also at your disposal - combine timeless comfort with a careful blend of antique furnishings and contemporary design. Particular attention has been paid to detail, from the choice of materials to the quality of the linen and bath products provided.

For our guests in the Suites, a continental breakfast is served on a sheltered terrace at the back of the house, while a second terrace at the front invites you to enjoy a peaceful moment overlooking the garden. Two evenings a week, we offer a convivial table d'hôtes.

The 12 x 6-meter swimming pool, set back from the house to preserve calm and privacy, is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, a seating area and a large table near the pool house. It's the ideal place for a light meal or a drink, with the backdrop of the surrounding garden and fruit crops.

Parking space is available on the property, as well as a charging station for electric cars.

 Although the immediate setting is distinctly rural and serene, a number of nearby villages and towns offer restaurants, markets and cultural venues. The nearest metropolis, Toulouse, is 80 km away (access via the A62). Agen, with its TGV station, and Montauban are just 30 km away. Numerous villages with shops and markets are accessible within a 15 km radius.
