After 12 years, during which we met over 250 couples and about thirty singles, we have decided to sell our business.

This experience has been a wonderful opportunity we gave ourselves, radically changing our lives. Our exclusively male clientele came from all over the world. All these men were welcomed with a focus on sharing, simplicity, discretion, and above all, freedom. We didn't impose naturism, but it was entirely possible, thanks to a house and two gîtes, offering complete privacy.

The choice of Sainte-Rose was also driven by this consideration, as it boasts the second naturist beach in Guadeloupe.

Sainte-Rose is located in Basse-Terre, bordering the Guadeloupe National Park. The area is surrounded by lush nature, far removed from the hustle and bustle of Grande-Terre. At the fishing port, consider a visit to the islets and the mangroves. For beach lovers, the coastline between Sainte-Rose and Deshaies offers a wide selection of stunning beaches, each more beautiful than the last. They are free from sargassum seaweed.

Guadeloupeans refer to Sofaïa as a place where the air is fresh, thanks to its temperatures being 4 to 5 degrees cooler than in the plains and its natural ventilation. This upscale neighborhood, located in the hills, is home to many prominent Guadeloupeans. There are no water outages because this area, with its sulfur showers, has a water catchment area in the national park. Another advantage of the altitude is the near absence of mosquitoes.

We offered rentals for stays of at least 7 nights. We prepared a light dinner or a meal tray on the evening of arrival. The first breakfast was included in the price.

Our rates were:

for Apollon:

€800 per week in high season and €700 in low season;

for Hyacinthe:

€700 per week in high season and €600 in low season;

End-of-stay cleaning (optional): €60

Breakfast: €12

Bouquet of flowers from the garden: €50

Homemade vanilla: €10 for 2 pods

We were open year-round. When we went on vacation, we entrusted our house to regular guests (who became friends) who took over for us.

We renovated the interior of our house in 2025 (bathroom, lounge, and kitchen) and redid the roof terrace insulation.

Gîte Hyacinthe: This cottage for 2 people has an air-conditioned bedroom with excellent bedding, a bathroom with a very large shower, and a separate toilet. On the terrace, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, and you'll only have a few steps to take to dive into the swimming pool. In 2018, we added a large 30 m² wellness area with hammocks, a bench, and more.

The Apollon Cottage: This cottage for two people features an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size four-poster bed, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a very large shower and double sinks. A fully equipped kitchen is located on the terrace. This cottage boasts breathtaking views of the sea, the islets, and Grande-Terre.
