Located on the 4th and top floor, on a quiet pedestrian street in a building with 5 apartments, it is bright and offers an unobstructed sea view (from the bedroom), which is less than 100 meters away as the crow flies. The apartment consists of three rooms: a living room with a kitchenette (refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishes and utensils, etc.), a table for four, a sofa (not a sofa bed), a TV, and a washing machine. The bedroom, adjacent to the living room, is furnished with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).It opens onto the bathroom (toilet, shower, sink). The apartment is designed for two people only (to maintain the peace and quiet of the building and the tranquility of the residents). Amenities: Kitchen linens, bed linens, towels, and beach towels are included at no extra charge.Free internet and Wi-Fi.TV with French channels. You will have a starter kit for the first two days (toilet paper, coffee, etc.). Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. The building is located halfway up the hill in the old town.From the sea, you have to climb. The apartment is on the fourth and top floor, with no elevator.The staircase is narrow in places.It is therefore not suitable for someone with mobility difficulties or respiratory problems. Parking: in the surrounding streets (a little difficult to find a space in the summer, but not impossible): €15 per week. Alternative: paid parking at Les Sablettes, a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Arrival and Departure Arrival: Saturday from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM (an inventory will be taken in your presence) Departure: Saturday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (an inventory will be taken in your presence) Unless unforeseen circumstances prevent you from staying there, I will personally welcome you.
