On the first and top floor of a detached house, this 85 m² (3-bedroom) apartment offers the charm of an old house (3.10 m high ceilings).
Overlooking planted terraces, the unoverlooked apartment offers a breathtaking 180-degree view of the Mediterranean. You'll look out over Italy, the cape of Roquebrune Cap Martin, Monaco's Casino Square, the rock of the Princely Palace, and the promontory of "la Tête de Chien".
A wrap-around balcony leading to the master bedroom, living room and dining room, as well as a south-facing terrace, allow you to admire spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the Mediterranean and the Principality of Monaco.
The meditterannée is alive with the ballet of yachts that have dropped anchor just opposite the apartment or that are leaving or joining Monaco's Port Hercule.
At night, the illuminated city is a unique and magical sight. The casino and Hôtel de Paris are superbly lit.
It's the perfect way to enjoy a fabulous show after a day of sightseeing or beach activities.
The apartment's location means you can easily reach Monaco on foot in just 11 minutes,
The Place du Casino is 15 minutes away, the Monaco SNCF train station 17 minutes and the "Larvotto" beach 20 minutes.
The lively, picturesque center of Beausoleil with its covered market is just 10 minutes away.
To reach Beausoleil or Monaco, public elevators and outdoor escalators make getting there easy.
The "Monaco Malin" map lists 33 mechanized public links (elevators and escalators) to discover the city on foot.
A bus stop for lines 11 and 13 in front of the apartment provides direct access to Beausoleil, Monaco (with an SNCF train station stop) and the village of La Turbie. Connections (bus and train) give you access to many other destinations: Italy, Menton, Nice, Antibes, Cannes and more.
The apartment
The apartment comprises a living room opening onto a dining room, 3 bedrooms, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with toilet.
The master bedroom has a 160x200 bed, while the 2 smaller bedrooms (each with a huge dressing room) have two bunk beds for adults and a 140x190 bed for children.
The kitchen provides access to the south-facing terrace at the rear of the apartment.
Available in the kitchen: induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, oven/microwave, large fridge/freezer, 2 coffee makers (Nespresso and filter), kettle, kitchen utensils,
Indoor and outdoor dining tables for up to 6 people.
At your disposal: sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, coffee pods for the 1st day.
Iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Cleaning equipment if required.
Linen: towels and sheets provided.
Welcome products such as soap, toilet paper and garbage bags are provided to help you get your stay off to a good start.
Once this kit has been used up, you are naturally responsible for renewing it.
The accommodation is non-smoking.
All festive events are forbidden in the apartment. You must respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors from 10 pm to 8 am.
Please note that use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned in the booking. Any unauthorized presence will incur a charge of €100 per traveler per day.
Please dispose of your rubbish before leaving the apartment.

Free blue zone parking nearby (max. 4 hours), on-street pay parking nearby (€1.20/hour from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, free on Sundays and public holidays) and first covered public parking lot 7 minutes' walk away, parking indigo "Belle Epoque" in Beausoleil (€26.20/day).
Possibility of stopping on a wide sidewalk in front of the apartment just long enough to unload your suitcases.
From the Monaco SNCF train station (Sainte Devôte stop), two bus lines (11 and 13) drop you off right in front of the apartment (Allée du Souvenir stop).
Monaco's train station is an easy link to all French coastal towns and Italy.
For air travelers, easy connections from Nice airport. 20mn by train (Monaco stop) or 7mn by helicopter (Fontvieille heliport).
