My proposal
I do not offer a classic bed and breakfast accommodation. I enjoy sharing my daily life with my guests (if desired), sharing the entire house; of course, you will have your room with private bathroom. I offer traditional local Catalan cuisine, and I can recommend places to visit or visit them together while explaining the highlights of history, culture, and architecture. We can also plan personalized tours in Barcelona and famous surrounding places like Sitges.
The house
I will welcome you into a traditional house that I have renovated myself, combining old materials with all modern facilities. It is divided into two floors and a top terrace. On the ground floor, you will find a nice hall with a workshop room that can be used for various activities. There are also toilets with a shower and two other rooms surrounding a typical "patio" with a fountain.
Access to the second floor is via an elegant staircase. There, you will find your room with a large bed and a balcony overlooking the street, your bright bathroom with an open shower, the living room with a fireplace and another balcony overlooking the "patio," as well as the kitchen which also has its private terrace. Among the amenities, you will find Wi-Fi, television, an induction stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a ceiling fan.
There is also a top terrace with a beautiful view of the church and the city skyline. You can sunbathe on the terrace all day, and there is also an outdoor shower if you want to cool off.
It is a quiet and relaxing place, especially for those who want to enjoy a beautiful, peaceful trip to Barcelona, but with the charm of an authentic place, away from the stress, business, and noise of the big city.
Location
Canet de Mar is a warm place, located next to the Mediterranean Sea, halfway between Barcelona and the Costa Brava, with many interesting places to visit. In the village, there are many Art Nouveau buildings, a gay nudist beach, and monuments that have been used in films like Game of Thrones.
In Canet, the small village, we also have a fresh produce market, a museum, a beautiful gym with a pool, and many restaurants and bars. It is also possible to do many hikes or bike routes, as the village is surrounded by lush pine forests.
How to get there
My house is located 2 minutes walk from the beach and the town center, and it is only 5 minutes from the train station, which has a direct connection to Barcelona (55 minutes). There is also a highway that connects it to the airport (1 hour).
Regarding parking, there is an open space called La Carbonella (you can find it on maps) which is 5-10 minutes walk from the house (Espai Bachs). There is also a paid parking lot just 2-3 minutes away. I recommend the train to go to Girona or Barcelona (1 hour).
Me and more
Among my hobbies, I enjoy reading (the house is a perfect place for that), painting, swimming at the beach (there is a nudist beach just 10 minutes walk away), relaxing, and experimenting with the balance between body and mind. I like to stay fit, so I regularly work out at the gym or pool.
I can also organize guided tours in the afternoon or on weekends. I offer a free guided tour in Canet, and we can also arrange other excursions according to your budget and interests.

Breakfast is included, and I can prepare different traditional dishes upon request (not included) or I can recommend local restaurants.
