We live in the Eixample, in the heart of Barcelona, to fully enjoy the warm and vibrant atmosphere of the gay neighborhood. Everything is close by here: bars, restaurants, nightlife venues… An ideal setting to meet people and experience the city to the fullest!

We share our home with Flocon, our easy-going Labrador.

The bedroom has a king-size bed (200x200). The bathroom is shared with us, your hosts.

I invite you to have a look at these few simple, common-sense rules so that your stay goes as smoothly as possible, with respect for everyone:

Please do not smoke inside. If you want to smoke, feel free to do so outside and remember to use an ashtray.

No parties or big gatherings: it’s a calm, chilled atmosphere here. The neighbours care about that, and so do we!

No outside visitors: the apartment is reserved only for the people listed in the booking.

Please leave the place clean: a quick tidy-up when you leave (dishes done, bins emptied) is always appreciated.

Make yourself at home… but with care: the furniture and equipment are there for you, so please look after them.

Remember to lock the door properly when you go out, for your safety and for the safety of the apartment.
