Located in the heart of the town of Fontenay-le-Comte, À l'Ombre des Marronniers is a gîte built in 2009 in a 17th century bourgeois house with an area of 1800 m² which offers stays to spend a real moment of relaxation. This accommodation not far from Maillezais consists of a Russian billiard room, a dining room with a fireplace, a kitchen, parking, a heated swimming pool with an area of 3.75 x 2.96 m² open from June to September , garden furniture and a barbecue at your disposal

The surface area of each room is approximately 30 m² with a bathroom and many amenities are available to you. Inside each room you will find: a kettle, an espresso machine, a small fridge, an ironing board and iron, bath towels, a hairdryer, etc.

The breakfast at the guest room near Fontenay-le-Comte is rich and delicious. You will be able to concentrate your plate as you wish thanks to a wide choice, to start your day well: diversified morning buffet composed of pastries, fruit juices, cereals, rusks, cheeses and cold meats.
