Time for a Break... Come take a break and take care of yourself.
Give yourself time to recharge, to enjoy yourself and to let go.
Trained in several massage techniques (Californian, Swedish, Deep Tissue), Laurent will offer you a session adapted to your needs for relaxation, muscular release or recovery after a sport activity.
A massage session helps our body to free itself from its tensions and our mind to calm down.
We are more serene and once again fully available to others.
