“Le Savannah” is a high-quality residence built in 2008 and 2009. It is home to a few year-round residents, owners who come during the holidays, as well as visitors from mainland France, Basse-Terre, Canada and Quebec.
The residence consists of two earthquake-resistant buildings set within one hectare of enclosed grounds. Each apartment has its own private parking space, and you can walk directly from the gardens to the beach through the private beach gate.
You can therefore enjoy your own private indoor space, complete freedom and all the facilities you need for everyday living, while experiencing the unique atmosphere of a holiday in Guadeloupe.
The photos shown on the website are of a charming one-bedroom apartment with a furnished terrace (60 m²), located on the first floor.
There may also be some availability for studios with terraces (30 m²), located on the marina side.
The two-bedroom duplex apartments, accommodating up to 4 guests and featuring a terrace with kitchen, measure 81 m² and are all located on the top floor overlooking the sea.
One single-level apartment (94 m²) is located on the ground floor and has an outdoor terrace.
Peacefully located at the end of a cul-de-sac leading to the sea, and deliberately without a swimming pool, yet close to all amenities, the residence is situated at the entrance to the Saint-François marina. It offers both a Caribbean Sea side, facing the sunrise, and a marina side, facing the sunset and overlooking the yacht harbour.
Nearby you will find beaches, the lagoon, the marina, a fishing harbour with its market, the ferry terminal and harbour, the golf course, airfield, casino, shops and restaurants.
Caribbean cuisine, as well as Indian and mainland French cuisine, is generous and delicious.

Explore Grande-Terre and Basse-Terre, as well as Marie-Galante, La Désirade, Petite-Terre and Les Saintes, or travel a little further to Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, for an authentic experience combining relaxation, culture and the Caribbean way of life.
