"LES MATELOTS" is in PORT NATURE Colline 4 residence on the 5th and top floor (with a lift) overlooking the sea and the beach which is just 200 meters away. You can relax on your 8m2 terrace and enjoy this unique panorama. This studio is 18 m2, fully equipped, kitchenette, air condition, queen bed, bathroom with toilets.
"LES MARQUIS" is in HELIOPOLIS FGH on the 4th and last floor overlooking the sea. This is a large appartement "luxe" with 32 m2 with a separate bedroom, a bathroom , a dressing room and a kitchen with a dining room. The kitchen is fully equiped. There is a double private terrace to relax.
