Nestled in the heart of a century-old olive grove, this beautiful 250 m² Provençal bastide sits on nearly 3,500 m² of land. Surrounded by olive trees, you'll enjoy a swimming pool measuring 11 m x 3 m with a depth of 1.6 m.

The house is spread over two levels:

Ground floor:
Dining room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), separate toilet, air-conditioned master bedroom (#1) with either two single beds or one double bed and its private shower room.
A second air-conditioned bedroom (#2) with two single beds or one double bed, bedroom #3 with a 160 cm double bed, a shower room with toilet, and an additional separate toilet.

First floor:
A spacious living room (not air-conditioned) opening onto a terrace, bedroom #4 with a 160 cm double bed (not air-conditioned but equipped with a ceiling fan), air-conditioned bedroom #5 with a 140 cm double bed, large air-conditioned bedroom #6 with either two single beds or one double bed, air-conditioned bedroom #7 with a 160 cm double bed, and a shower room.

The property offers Wi-Fi internet access and three private parking spaces.

An electric plancha grill is available outdoors. It must be cleaned after use and should not be moved. (Charcoal and wood barbecues are not permitted.)

The bastide enjoys a peaceful countryside setting with a few nearby neighbors. Respecting the tranquility of the area is essential. If you wish to play music, please ensure the volume remains low and does not disturb the neighborhood.

The forest and hiking trails are just a short walk from the house. The charming village of Saint-Cézaire is only 5 km away, where you'll find all essential amenities (bank, pharmacy, artisan ice cream shop, restaurants, supermarket, Saturday market, etc.).

The cities of Cannes and Fréjus are about 40 minutes away by car, while Lake Saint-Cassien and its many leisure activities are just a 12-minute drive.
