Within our property, set in a century-old olive grove, we offer this independent 75 m² mazet, located on its own private, fully fenced 300 m² plot.

The mazet is arranged over two levels:

Ground floor:
Living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), separate toilet, master bedroom with either two single beds or one double bed, and a shower room with toilet.

Garden level:
One bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, one bedroom with either two single beds or one double bed, and a shower room. This level also features a lovely private terrace with outdoor seating and a dining table for six guests.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned, while the living room is not. A private parking space directly in front of the mazet is included. The accommodation is equipped with high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi.

The swimming pool and its surrounding area are shared with us whenever we are on the property. The pool measures 11 m x 3 m, is 1.5 m deep and is not heated. We also have two adorable dogs (a French Bulldog and a Cane Corso) that you may meet around the pool.

The mazet enjoys a peaceful setting. Forests and hiking trails are just a short walk away. The charming village of Saint-Cézaire is only 5 km away, where you will find all essential amenities (bank, pharmacy, artisan ice cream shop, restaurants, supermarket, Saturday market, etc.).
