Stay in a private room in our top-floor apartment with lift access, a beautiful terrace and a jacuzzi.

Located less than 10 minutes' walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the beaches and the tramway.

Our residence is located on the peaceful Baumettes hill, one of Nice's most sought-after neighbourhoods for its tranquillity.

The CUM tram stop (Lines 2 & 3) is nearby, providing direct access from Nice Airport to the Port of Nice, via Jean Médecin in the city centre.

• Relax in the jacuzzi in the evening.

Depending on our availability, we will be delighted to welcome you with a complimentary aperitif.

Your Room

Your private room (approximately 10 m²) features a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed with quality bedding for a restful night's sleep.

The apartment is air-conditioned in the living room and kitchen.

The bedroom does not have its own air conditioning but benefits from the cooled air circulating throughout the apartment. If you wish, you may leave the bedroom door open at night for extra freshness. Our guests have always found it comfortable.

Shared Areas

You will share with us:

• A bathroom with walk-in shower.
• A separate toilet with washbasin.
• The living room and kitchen island.
• A sea-view terrace with outdoor furniture and a jacuzzi.

Breakfast & Meals

Breakfast is not included.

An espresso machine, kettle, tea and herbal infusions are available.

Two bakeries with outdoor terraces offering breakfast menus are located about 10 minutes on foot.

Subject to our availability and upon reservation, we can also prepare breakfast or dinner for an additional charge.

Wellness

Guests enjoy a 10% discount at Markalan Private Salon, managed by Alan, on massage treatments, hairdressing, barber services, beauty treatments and hair removal.

House Rules

The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (bedroom or shared areas), but it is allowed on the terrace while respecting the property and other guests.

For security, the residence is equipped with video surveillance, including cameras outside the building and in the entrance hall.
