During our conversation, I take the time to listen to you (your tensions, your expectations, your state of mind) in order to select and harmonise the relaxing and muscular techniques that suit you best. Your treatment can therefore benefit from a blend of approaches adapted to your needs and wishes.
The table massage lasts 1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2 hours according to your preference, and is performed using 100% natural organic oils.

I then gather your feedback on the session (please allow around 10 minutes of discussion before and after the table massage).
