We created this 40 m² apartment to welcome our friends and family. All the comfort on the ground floor, in a quiet street just a step away from shops. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge area. The bedroom for 2 people (queen size bed) comes with a shower and sink, as well as access to a 10 m² terrace.
Parking card valid for all car parks except number 1.
Bed linen/towels and cleaning service available as an option.
We are always available for any request or additional needs.
The entrance opens onto your apartment, the massage room, and the access to our own apartment upstairs. You will be totally independent and enjoy peace and quiet, as the whole house was fully renovated in 2022.
Since we also created this apartment to host our family, we have thought of all the comfort needed for several nights or even longer stays.
In the main room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking and laundry. A high table serves as both a worktop and dining table with stools.
The lounge area in the same room includes a sofa and a TV with all Freebox channels.
Free Wi-Fi allows you to work from the living room. A small library is also available if you forgot to bring a book.
The bedroom is separated by a sliding door. A 160 cm wide bed with excellent bedding ensures a peaceful sleep. The toilet, shower and sink are inside the bedroom, along with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. From your bed, you will have a view of the terrace planted with jasmine and a lemon tree.
A table with two chairs allows you to enjoy meals outdoors, and two deckchairs invite you to relax. Unfortunately, the renovation did not allow us to make an access for people with reduced mobility – thank you for your understanding.
We will provide you with a parking card to park for free just 5 minutes’ walk away. You can stop briefly in front of the apartment to drop off your luggage and then park your car in the car parks. Please note that parking inside the city walls is forbidden for non-residents.
