Lovely small room with balcony in shared flat

The room is located in a completely renovated flat on the 3rd floor with lift, in a quiet, green building.

You will share the living room and bathroom with me. When work commitments permit, I am happy to chat, drink a bitter in the living room, or share a dinner or an aperitif.

Nudity is welcome for those who wish to experience the house in a “natural” way, as long as it is always with respect, without morbidity or inappropriate requests.

Parking is free and readily available around the building. About 150 metres away you will find the tram stop and the new M4 metro, which quickly connect you to the centre (15 minutes to Duomo and San Babila) and to Linate airport (10 minutes).

The gay area of Porta Venezia can be reached in about 15 minutes by urban train or metro.

⚠️ I would like to remind you that, as required by the Municipality of Milan, at the time of check-in all guests must pay the city tax, which is not included in the room price.
