Hello, I'm Serge and I offer 2 guest rooms in a city apartment on the 6th and top floor, with a very large terrace (one room includes its own private bathroom).
I’ll be happy to prepare a generous breakfast for you (€8/person). You can also book a light dinner aperitif (€15/person), or enjoy free access to the kitchen.
To enhance your stay, I offer Californian or Tantric massages – you can choose one or combine both (€60/person for one hour).
Opening planned for June 2025 for massages and July for the guest rooms, as the kitchen is still being completed.
I look forward to welcoming you in the city of the Dukes of Burgundy. You’ll discover many free museums all year round, immediate proximity to the city center, and for sporty guests, Colombière Park, swimming pools, or the Burgundy canal paths. Don't miss the Burgundy wine route. And for motorsport fans, the Dijon Prenois racetrack is just 20 minutes away.
A secure garage is available if you wish to leave your vehicle (€5 per night), although parking in my neighborhood is still free.
Dijon, a city of history and future:
Capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, Dijon is considered one of the most beautiful historical cities in France. Its fully pedestrianized city center includes a protected area of 97 hectares with nearly 3,000 buildings from all periods. Wander through medieval streets, elegant mansions, and timber-framed houses for a real journey through time. Known as the city of a hundred bell towers, Dijon is also famous for its gastronomy and ancient vineyards — the Burgundy Climats are listed as UNESCO World Heritage.
While Dijon shines with its rich past, it is also future-oriented and is emerging as a dynamic metropolis. As the capital of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, it is a young and student-friendly city with a 115-hectare university campus. It offers everything for a fulfilling life: shops, markets, schools, sports, leisure, and parks to relax in nature.
Its strategic location at the crossroads of four highways and high-speed rail connections to Paris and Lyon are further assets contributing to its undeniable appeal.
