In 2022, after running a first guesthouse, Le Mas de l'Adret, for 6 years in La Roche-Saint-Secret, Patrick wanted to return to his first passion: architecture. Meanwhile, Françoise fell under the charm of Grignan, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. They had the opportunity to acquire a plot of land at the foot of Madame de Sévigné’s château. There, they imagined a new concept: a private villa with high-end services — a blend between a traditional guesthouse and a boutique hotel.

Thus was born Pavillon M: a resolutely modern villa, made entirely of concrete and inspired by brutalist architecture and its pioneer, Le Corbusier.

Patrick designed and conceived Pavillon M with meticulous attention to every detail, favoring noble, eco-friendly materials. Located just a 2-minute walk from the center of Grignan and its shops and restaurants, this is the perfect place for discerning travelers seeking luxury, peace, and privacy. The villa is not suitable for children.

Only guests staying at Pavillon M have access to the property and its facilities. Secured access via digicode.
