This is a recently converted barn with beautiful exposed beams and lots of character. It is located in the beautiful, quiet countryside of the Gers, perfect for a relaxing and peaceful stay away from it all.

This 18th century barn is attached to a typical Gascony farmhouse and is set in 4 hectares of gardens with paths leading to countryside, forest and canal walks. The barn renovation was completed in 2018 and features a multitude of exposed beams and lots of rustic charm. The living room is very comfortable and has three sets of glass doors which open onto superb views of the surrounding countryside.
There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with the option of using the indoor dining area or the adjacent covered terrace where there is a large table, chairs and a barbecue.
There are two modern shower rooms (one on the ground floor) and the bedrooms are light and airy with comfortable bedding. The gardens are a special feature of this property and the large swimming pool with its sun loungers is at your disposal.

Visitors have independent, private accommodation with its own parking, terrace, well-kept gardens and access to the swimming pool between 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Other periods on request.

The owners (James and Nick) live on site on the neighboring farm and are on hand to offer advice, guidance and help. Furthermore, you will benefit from complete privacy.
