first studio: This renovated accommodation is the fusion of two former maid's rooms with its independent entrance in a freestone building and benefits from a small comfortable balcony with air conditioning.

2nd studio on the same landing: Apartment renovated in August 2022. It is composed of a room with kitchen, dining area, sofa area, office area and WC. Upstairs on the mezzanine: the 140 double bed with sink and shower. Many storage spaces are present. 5th floor air conditioning with lift.

T2 in the old with moldings with an area of 40 m². Located on Boulevard Louis Salvator, a 5-minute walk from the “Notre Dame du Mont” and “Estrangin – Préfecture” metro stations and a 2-minute walk from the “Place de Rome” tram. On the 2nd floor with elevator of a well maintained building. The location is ideal halfway between Cours Julien and the old port. (same building as the studios)

T4: Location: rue Armand Bédarride, a stone's throw from Cours Julien and the Notre Dame du Mont metro station. On the 2nd floor without elevator of a well maintained building, very bright living room. The apartment is quiet despite the proximity of the Cours Julien (living room and bedroom 1 on a dead end and bedrooms 2 and 3 on the inner courtyard)
