Cascina GianTino is a gay men only accommodation dedicated to La dolce vita! Our mission is simple, to provide gay men a relaxing atmosphere in a safe environment. We enjoy taking care of people and letting them unwind in a wonderfully relaxing setting. This is what we are all about.

Our structure has three spacious & private suites with phenomenal views of the village, castle and surrounding hilltop villages. The suites are 44 m2 with a private terrace of 12 m2. A spacious ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower completes each suite.

We have a large clothing optional swimming pool with shallow area for sunbathing and enjoying a drink. We also have a wonderful jacuzzi and John is a professional masseur.

From all suites, pool and garden there are phenomenal views of the village castle, church and surrounding hilltop villages. At night, these are also fairy-tale lit.

Our region, UNESCO world heritage, is best known for its great wines, delicious food and the hospitality and authenticity of the Italians.

After working in healthcare for 40 years (mainly management) I decided to make the jump and do something in hospitality! Father to four adult children from a previous marriage. Hobby cook and professionally trained masseur. I enjoy taking care of guests to allow them to relax and recharge in a safe and beautiful setting. I love a little gardening, reading books and living la dolce vita in Italy with Martijn.

« Tolles Boutique B&B, in einer super netten Umgebung mit wundervollen Gastgebern; sehr angenehme und lockere Atmosphäre -auch zum Thema FKK für diejenigen, die das mögen; der Pool war mit 26°C nicht nur super sauber sondern auch sehr warm; erwähnenswert ist das äußerst großzüzige Frühstücksangebot wo keine Wünsche übrig bleiben; ob selbstgebackenes Brot, Eierspeise, Marmelade oder die leckeren Joghurtkreationen-für jeden ist etwas dabei. Für eine kurze Etappe auf der Durchreise oder einen längeren Aufenthalt können wir Cascina GianTino nur wärmstens empfehlen. Great boutique B&B, in a super nice environment with wonderful hosts; very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere - also on the subject of nudism for those who like it; the pool was not only super clean at 26°C but also very warm; worth mentioning is the extremely generous breakfast offer where nothing is left to be desired; whether home-baked bread, egg dishes, jam or the delicious yoghurt creations - there is something for everyone. We can highly recommend Cascina GianTino for a short stopover or a longer stay. »

« Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Les deux semaines sont malheureusement passées trop vite. Les deux hôtes sont extrêmement prévenants et aimables et nous ont donné le sentiment d'être accueillis de tout cœur. Les chambres sont très grandes, modernes et aménagées avec soin. Je suis arrivée avec des douleurs dorsales et j'avais réservé un massage, que je recommande vivement. Le petit déjeuner avec le pain fraîchement cuit et la confiture faite maison était délicieux ! Si on a de la chance, des chevreuils sortent de la forêt et viennent jusqu'à la terrasse. Depuis la grande piscine, on a une vue sur toute la vallée et même sur les Alpes par beau temps. Le dernier soir, il y avait même un super barbecue. Nous recommandons ce beau B&B en notre âme et conscience ! Petit et raffiné - l'endroit parfait pour se détendre ! We enjoyed our stay very much. The two weeks unfortunately went by far too quickly. Both hosts are extremely accommodating and friendly and made us feel welcome from the heart. The rooms are very large and modern and lovingly furnished. I arrived with back pain and had booked a massage, which I can highly recommend. The breakfast with the freshly baked bread and homemade jam was delicious! If you are lucky, deer come out of the forest right up to the terrace. From the large pool you can see over the whole valley and in good weather even up to the Alps. There was even a great barbeque on the last evening. We highly recommend this beautiful B&B! Small and nice - the perfect place to relax! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die zwei Wochen vergingen leider viel zu schnell. Beide Gastgeber sind äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich und gaben uns das Gefühl, von Herzen willkommen zu sein. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ich bin mit Rückenschmerzen angereist und hatte eine Massage gebucht, die ich sehr empfehlen kann. Das Frühstück mit dem frisch gebackenen Brot und der selbst gemachten Marmelade war köstlich! Wenn man Glück hat, kommen Rehe aus dem Wald bis zur Terrasse. Vom großen Pool aus sieht man über das ganze Tal und bei gutem Wetter sogar bis zu den Alpen. Am letzten Abend gab es sogar ein tolles Barbeque. Wir empfehlen dieses schöne B&B nach bestem Gewissen! Klein und fein - der perfekte Platz zum entspannen! »

« Cascina GianTino è una boutique B&B ricavata da una vecchia cantina. Ci sono solo 3 stanze, ma sono estremamente confortevoli, pulite, dotate di ogni comfort e con la possibilità di un accesso indipendente. La nostra stanza ("il torchio") era arredata benissimo e comprendeva anche l'albero di Natale, oltre a tantissime facilities: frigorifero, macchina per il caffè espresso, bollitore per il the, ecc. Era anche molto spaziosa, tanto da comprendere sia l'area lounge che la zona letto. Il bagno era grandissimo, confortevole e con una doccia meravigliosa. La biancheria era pulitissima. Ma il comfort della stanza (dove sembrava più di essere a casa che in una struttura ricettiva) è stata solo una delle cose piacevoli del nostro soggiorno. Il resto l'hanno fatto i proprietari John e Martin, che sono stati estremamente accoglienti e disponibili, tanto che ci sembrava quasi di essere a casa da amici invece che in un b&b! Abbiamo potuto condividere momenti di convivialità con i proprietari e con gli altri ospiti del b&b nella grande cucina/soggiorno, dove John ha cucinato in maniera divina tantissime specialità, anche della cucina italiana, ma ottimamente rivisitate secondo la sua grande fantasia ed estro. Il tutto accompagnato da buonissimi vini del Monferrato. Abbiamo soggiornato presso Cascina GianTino per soli 4 giorni, ma sono stati giorni di grande relax conditi da una bellissima atmosfera conviviale. Cascina GianTino, per tante ragioni, è davvero un posto con una marcia in più! Sicuramente ci torneremo, magari in estate, così da potere godere anche del giardino esterno con la piscina e per potere esplorare meglio la zona circostante. »

« Magnifique endroit et accueil hyper chaleureux de John et Martijn ! Les chambres sont neuves, le confort de la literie est digne d’un 5*, les détails de la déco vous font sentir chez vous (top d’avoir notre propre sapin pour les fêtes !), une vue splendide et dominante sur les Alpes et la campagne (suite il Sughero), grande terrasse privative à l’abri des regards. John cuisine magnifiquement et masse très bien ! Ravi d’avoir passé ces quelques jours en compagnie de ce couple charmant et attachant et de leurs amis « tuuuuurlijk » ! 😜 Merci pour tout et à très bientôt j’espère ! Kus jongens 😘 »

« Dieses Motto "Feel like home" ist zutreffend. Der Einrichtungsstil hat uns ganz und gar überzeugt. Die ehemals kleine Cascina wurde sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die beiden Eigentümer haben uns ein Zuhause fern ab von daheim gegeben. Sie waren sehr bemüht, uns tatkräftig und informativ über Ausflüge und Erkundungen der Region zu unterstützen. Selbst eine tolle Weinprobe haben Sie für uns organisiert und uns sogar dabei begleitet. Es war mitunter der Höhepunkt unseres Aufenthaltes. Bei einer leckeren Pizza und einem Glas Wein ließen wir alle gemeinsam den Tag ausklingen. Es war ein schöner Abend. Die Herzlichkeit der beiden Gastgeber von der Begrüßung bis zum Abschied kann man nicht beschreiben, man muss Sie erleben! Gerne werden wir wiederkommen! »

« John and Marteen are perfect hosts. We stayed at their B&B for a few nights. VIP service. Breakfast was amazing as well as the aperitivo. Their B&B is completely new. The rooms are extremely big, great bed and shower. The swimming pool is amazing. It was a very comfortable place. I highly recommend this beautiful location. »

« Een fantastische locatie, heerlijke suites, meer dan goede verzorging bij het ontbijt Voor ons de eerste keer maar zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Rustig dorpje maar een goede uitvalbasis om de omgeving te gaan ontdekken. Wijnproeverij mogelijk, een mogelijkheid om je te laten masseren door John. Kortom ook voor een kortstondig verblijf een heerlijke plek om te zijn »
