Julien, Pierre offer you 2 holiday apartments in Villena, in the Spanish countryside 50 km from Alicante, fully equipped and independent for adults only.
For the months of June, July, August & September, the Hacienda is 100% Gay Men only - Naturist and for the rest of the year Gay Friendly.
We live at the Hacienda with our incredible 94 year old mother, our two cats Pouilloux y Mouillette, and Turrón our Golden Retriever (who are never at large with you).
In June and September, our 70-year-old sister Martine is also present, but no problem for naturism.
1°) PALMITO: Apartment of 60 m²
A large bedroom - king size bed (180 x 200) or twin beds (90 x 200), a large living-dining room with fireplace and television.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: Gas stove, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge & freezer.
It has a bathroom with shower, sink, WC, hairdryer & welcome products.
Private terrace, with table, chairs & deckchairs: view of the countryside & its Mediterranean garden where you will witness its superb sunsets.
Covered parking space.
The apartment is for 2 people, possibility of a 3rd person = supplement €20.- per day, we install a single bed of 90 cm x 200 cm in the living room.
2°) PEPITO: Apartment of 40 m²
A large bedroom - double bed (140 x 190)
The kitchen open to the living room with wood stove and television, is equipped with: Gas stove, Extractor hood, Oven, Microwave, fridge-freezer.
It has a bathroom with bath/shower, sink, WC, hairdryer & welcome products.
Private terrace, with table, chairs & deckchairs: view of the countryside, our almond tree field and its superb sunsets.
Parking space with independent entrance.
The apartment is for 2 people, possibility of a 3rd person = supplement €20.- per day, we install a single bed of 90 cm x 200 cm in the living room.
OTHER INFORMATIONS
Hacienda Cabreras was built on 18,000 m² of land with breathtaking mountain views, among our 200 almond and olive trees.
It is located on a dirt road with very little traffic, in the beautiful Spanish countryside of the province of Alicante with views of the mountains 500 meters above sea level.
We are lucky enough not to need air conditioning thanks to a light breeze that is always present, so the fans are sufficient because, even if the days are hot, in the summer the nights are cool (19/24°C maximum) and conducive to pleasant sleep.
It is the ideal place to recharge your batteries in the countryside, in complete comfort, far from the stress of the city, the first neighbors are 500 meters away.
It is on one level and includes 4 completely independent adjoining apartments:
- 2 are reserved for rental
- 2 others are reserved for ourselves, Pierre & Julien, and our 93-year-old mother Simonne.
The apartments surround an unheated swimming pool measuring 10 meters by 5 meters with a maximum depth of 2.20 meters from where you will have a splendid view of the garden and the Sierra Cabreras mountain.
Around the swimming pool, under a beautiful shaded pergola, deckchairs are installed; at your disposal numerous board games, outdoor games, and choice of readings.
We offer our table d'hôtes to share meals cooked by Pierre, optional:
Lunch (10 €/pers) - Drinks included.
Dinner (20 €/pers) - Drinks included.
You will have access to a Nespresso machine, cold drinks and ice creams at a low price
This service is offered to you from April 1 to October 31 only (La Table d’Hôte is closed for the winter from November 1 to March 31 each year). During this summer period, we will offer you the first meal on the day of your arrival at our table d'hôte to get to know each other better.
For your laundry, you will find mesh laundry bags available in your cupboards, we will take care of the washing free of charge and return your bag with the laundry ready to hang (drying rack and clothes pegs provided).
You will be immersed in a friendly and warm atmosphere, and you will feel at the same time, a change of scenery and like “at home”.
The rental is inclusive of all taxes and charges.
We provide you with the following services in your apartment:
Mineral water, heating, electricity, household linen (sheets, towels and sunbathing towels), high-speed WIFI internet access, television, private parking space, and cleaning on departure.
And in winter, firewood for the fireplace: We will clean your fireplace every day and prepare it for your comfort, then all you have to do is feed it with logs (from November 1 to March 31 of each year).
As well as everything you need to prepare your own breakfast at a time that suits you from April 1 to October 31 inclusive.
And from November 1 to March 31, we will provide you with breakfast upon your arrival, then we will leave it to you to restock your supplies yourself.
For all reservations of 10 consecutive nights or more, an intermediate cleaning each week is included (cleaning & change of all household linen – bed & towels –).
The apartments are non-smoking, but you can smoke outside: on your private terrace or around the swimming pool.
Our guest apartments are not accessible to wheelchair users, as there are some steps to access them.
And your four-legged (cats, dogs) or finned (gold or multi-colored fish) friends are unfortunately not accepted.

We are at your complete disposal during your stay, knowing how to be discreet for your peace of mind; the guest table welcomes you for more conviviality.
MOVE
Having a car is necessary so that you can explore the region, and do your shopping in Sax (5 km) or Villena (11 km). At Alicante airport, low-cost vehicle rental.
5 minutes from exit 191 of the A31 Santa Eulalia, between the towns of Sax and Villena.
35 minutes drive from Alicante airport
50 minutes from the beaches (Rebollo, San Juan, Alicante…)
15 minutes from AV Station (Madrid-Alicante high-speed rail link in Villena).
For more active and adventurous people, it is an ideal site to discover the typical and historic villages nearby.
You can also indulge in your favorite activities: cycling, mountain biking, walking, hiking, horse riding...
We are located at the foot of the Cabreras mountain and many marked trails leave directly from our apartments.
For those of you who prefer more relaxing activities, we are perfectly located for landscape painting,
photography or why not do nothing:
simply sit by the pool, admire the view, relax in the shade of the olive trees.
