Follow it west and the Italian Riviera gradually becomes the glamorous French Côte d’Azur, with Menton, Monte Carlo and Nice all waiting to be explored.

Once the barn and stables of the village house, Il Talamo has been transformed into a distinctive and romantic retreat that combines rustic Ligurian character with contemporary comfort.

NEW FOR 2027 — LA PENDOLA
Opening in 2027, La Pendola will be the newest and most spacious apartment at Ca de Merli.
Its name comes from the magnificent antique grandfather clock that rises through both floors of this characterful maisonette.
Upstairs, a peaceful bedroom overlooks the Mediterranean garden through original balcony doors, now beautifully repurposed as windows. In the morning, the sound of birds gathering in the branches of the lemon tree offers a particularly gentle start to the day. This floor also includes a stylish modern bathroom and a generous, light-filled living room, where large windows welcome the warm Ligurian sunshine.
The entrance is on the ground floor, home to a practical, typically Italian kitchen and a rustic dining room created for cooking, sharing local specialities and lingering together over long meals.
