Separate guest rooms in a comfortably furnished bungalow (no stairs) with garden and fenced property in the centre of the Var, 45 km north-west of Saint-Tropez. Very nice view on the wooded hill opposite.
Jacuzzi for 1 to 4 friends in he garden. From June to August a small pool is set up. Covered terrace and various seats in the garden. The kitchen, the bathroom with shower, the living and dining room as well as the television, the terrace and the garden are shared. Internet via WLAN free of charge. Fenced parking free of charge. The small French breakfast is included.
All rooms are equipped with fans and portable air conditioners. It can get very warm during the day in summer. However, the nights are always cool, so you can sleep well.
3 guest rooms for 1 to 6 persons:
- room PARIS with a king-size double bed 200x200, a wardrobe and TV
- room NICE with a single loft bed 90x200
- room SAINT TROPEZ with a french double bed 140x200 and garden view
The guest rooms are exclusively reserved for the clients. Two small dogs (2 + 3 kg) live in the house with me. They are friendly and clean. Therefore, unfortunately, we can't accept any other pets. Naturism / clothing optional is welcome, but not a condition.
The calendar is updated regularly. Often there are still short term free dates that were previously blocked.
In the middle between Nice and Marseille near the A8 motorway, all places of the French Riviera and southern Provence can be reached quickly. Both international airports are not far away: Nice-Côte d'Azur (NCE) and Marseille/Provence (MRS). To the nearest TGV station, Les Arcs/Draguignan, it is only 18 km distance. There is an Europcar car rental agency in Le Luc.
The beaches of Saint-Aygulf and Pampelonne are only 40 minutes by car. The Verdon Gorge and the picturesque Esterel Mountains are among the sights to see, as is the listed abbey Le Thoronet. The untouched wilderness of the Plaine des Maures - the first nature reserve in the Var department - is right next door.
Saint-Tropez, Port Grimaud and many Provençal villages, the glamorous cities of Cannes and Monaco as well as numerous Provençal markets are an invitation to stroll. Many vineyards offer the pleasure of tasting regional products and buying souvenirs.
