I am a retired teacher living in Vienna’s 9th district, in a spacious and beautiful 92 m² traditional Viennese apartment with a lift. The apartment is close to the historic city centre and very well connected by public transport (underground, tram and bus).
I offer my guests:
- A private bedroom in a beautiful old building. The room is very quiet and bright and accommodates one or two people. It has a very comfortable 180 cm wide bed with two separate 90 cm mattresses. Towels (one bath towel and one regular towel), a bathrobe and shower products are provided.
- The bathroom (two washbasins and a bathtub with shower), toilet and living room are shared with me.
- The kitchen may be used to prepare small snacks, reheat meals and store food or drinks in the refrigerator.
I am a naturist, and naturism is welcome throughout the apartment, but of course it is entirely optional.
**Breakfast is included**: one hot drink (coffee or tea), two slices of toast, butter or margarine, homemade jam and orange juice.
A more complete and generous breakfast is also available on request for an additional **€15, payable on site**: a hot drink (coffee or tea), milk, bread or four slices of toast, butter or margarine, homemade jams or honey, orange juice, a pastry, cold cuts, cheese, muesli, yoghurt, one egg (fried, soft-boiled or hard-boiled), and dried or fresh fruit. Most products are organic.
A **vegetarian breakfast** is also available for **€10**: coffee or tea, orange juice, plant-based milk, toast, vegetable margarine, muesli, jam and dried or fresh fruit.
For the full or vegetarian breakfast, please let me know as soon as possible after booking or upon arrival, especially if you would like it on your first morning.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A QR code and password are provided in the bedroom.
**The entire apartment is non-smoking.**
I will of course be happy to recommend gay venues and places not to be missed in Vienna. A city map and a gay guide to Vienna are also available if required.
