We are very happy to welcome you to our little corner of paradise, ideally located in the city, with its pool and garden (naturism possible).

We’ll give you a warm, friendly welcome, and we can chat with you, if you wish, over a drink (or more) by the pool.

We have two independent rentals, located on the garden level of our villa:

• A 23 m² studio (you are on the right listing)

• A 30 m² apartment (see listing “Appartement” ref. 13763 on Gay Sejour)

With no overlooking neighbors and sheltered from view, the studio has private access.
Peaceful and south-facing, it enjoys a lovely open view over Nice.

Located on the garden level of our villa built in 1925, this charming accommodation was fully renovated in 2021 in a contemporary style. With a surface area of 23 m², it includes a bedroom/living room with a small fitted kitchenette, a wardrobe, and a shower room with WC. Fully furnished and very comfortable, it can accommodate 2 people.

It has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Very well insulated, it stays naturally cool day and night. For extra comfort, we installed air conditioning.

You’ll love the private, covered 25 m² terrace.

You’ll also enjoy part of the landscaped garden.
The naturist pool is shared with my husband and me, and possibly two other gay guests.
In summer, the water temperature is around 30°C (+/–).
With the solar cover, in May, June and September, it’s around 25°C.

Our villa is located in the very residential Cimiez neighborhood. The gay area, Old Nice and the train station are only a 15-minute walk away; the beach is about a 25-minute walk.

Four bus stops (10 minutes from the city center) and a grocery store are 200 m away. The tram is only an 8-minute walk.
If you come by car, free parking is available in nearby streets.

Minimum stay: 4 nights.
Flat fee for laundry and cleaning (extra): €40. Tourist tax: €6.43 per night.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
This apartment is strictly non-smoking; you may smoke outside.

To help you relax even more, I offer naturist massages for men in my massage room. Certified massage therapist with 15 years’ experience, I see massage as an exchange between two bodies, two energies, and I adapt my practice according to the feeling. I also offer massage lessons.
Preferential rates are available for my guests, and I offer one massage for any stay of 7 nights or more.
