Our hostel is located in Saint Izaire, a small medieval village, located in the heart of the Grands Causses Regional Natural Park in the south of the Aveyron department.

Built on one of the meanders of the Dourdou de Camarès, it is here that the bishops of Vabres-l'Abbaye once lived like great lords . They lived in the castle overlooking the village.

Our 4 rooms are located on the 3rd floor of our establishment (no lift)

After running the Snack Restaurant at the hideout campsite in Saint Izaire for several years, we decided to take over the Auberge de la Valette. In love with our village and wishing to participate in the life that animates it, it seemed important to us to bring renewal to our village and to contribute to the development of local know-how.

It is for this reason that, just as we had started to do at the snack, we will continue to work in partnership with the farmers, producers and breeders of our region, in order to offer you our "Homemade" dishes on the menu. composed of local Aveyron products.
