It is in "Le Bouchet Saint Nicolas", a small Auvergnat village, that Jerome and Fabien decided to take over the Auberge du Couvige. The Couvige hostel offers 15 beds: 5 rooms each with 3 beds (one place), a toilet and a bathroom with shower.

Every evening the table of hosts you regale of its original menus of earth in a friendly environment, of what to spend beautiful holidays. You can come spend a pleasant friendly stay in peace and in full nature.

But more than an inn, we wanted to offer the inhabitants of Bouchet Saint Nicolas and surroundings, a real place of exchanges and meetings, open to all. The restaurant will make you discover the local cuisine. While being comfortably installed in a place original, cordial and with the multiple services (bar, tobacco, restaurant, Bed and Breakfast, group welcome), you can enjoy peace and quiet.
