On the first floor, it has two independent access.

This beautiful duplex has 2 bedrooms facing west on the garden:

    - an upstairs living room with a 160 bed,
    - the other mezzanine upstairs with a bed 140 and a bed 90.

Upstairs on the garden, the mezzanine, is equipped with its own bathroom / WC. It overlooks a solarium without vis-à-vis a dozen square meters, with a breathtaking view of the dunes and the setting sun.

The room on the garden gives on a nice terrace about 20 m ² directed west. This terrace with its large benches around a table, with direct access to the garden, invites to friendly meetings in a warm and wooded decor.

The living room, facing east, is composed of an American kitchen open on a living room and a dining room. Fresh, colorful, bright, it also has its own balcony, which benefits every morning from the first light of the day.
