You can come either directly from the airport by tram (25 min), or by car with free private parking in the building or with your Yacht 😀 (port 5 min walk)
You will be 2 minutes from the tram to the airport, 1 minute from the bus to St Jean Cap Ferrat, Monaco and Menton (ticket €1.50).
On foot, the famous rue Bonaparte, Place Garibaldi and the Antiques district are 5 minutes away. Old Nice 10 minutes away.
In one direction Coco Beach (gay beach) 10 minutes away and in the other direction the famous Promenade des Anglais and the Plage (gay) du Castel 10 minutes away.
You will have an independent air-conditioned suite of 30 m2:
Entrance hall (fridge and coffee maker), bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet.
A 4m2 balcony to the east with a sea view.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator.
Breakfast included and parking 10th night (direct access by elevator).
