Chez Marie in Corsica, it is primarily a family affair. That of Mary Orsini, from Linguizzetta, which creates its guesthouse in 1967, the national 198, between the sea areas of the Costa Serena, vineyards and mountains.

That of Pascal Orsini and Sergio Risdonne, hospitality professionals, who return home today, reinvents without losing the soul.
Pascal, very early discovered the world of the guesthouse, and dreams of one day resume his path leads him to an inn, it starts at the Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat and the Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel in Paris, its recent posts at the head of R'Yves and Pin Up Kitchen confirm him in his desire to create his own universe. The opportunity comes with the recovery of Chez Marie that her great aunt entrusted.

He is joined in this adventure by Sergio, passionate gastronomy and service, who learned his trade in Switzerland Gstaad Palace, joined the team of Gordon Ramsey and Richard Corrigan in London, then in Paris with Michel Rostang and Ze Kitchen Gallerie.

For 4 years they revived at Chez Marie Corsica, great welcome, service and fresh local produce.

Pascal & Sergio

Very early on, Pascal discovered the unique environment of this family boarding house and dreamed of making it his own some day. He wanted to gain important experience in the field of hospitality management and made a first stop at the Grand Hotel of Cap Ferrat, then moving onto the Marriott Rive Gauche in Paris. At the R’Yves and Pin Up Kitchen he reinforced his desire and ability to create a world of his own. The opportunity came when his great aunt entrusted him with taking over Chez Marie.

Following him in this venture is Sergio, passionate about great food and service, he brings his experience acquired at the Gstaad Palace in Switzerland, before joining Gordon Ramsey and Richard Corrigan’s team in London, and then Michel Rostang’s Ze Kitchen Gallerie in Paris.
They both wish to give new life to Chez Marie en Corse by offering top-quality service and making every guest feel welcome.
