Are you coming to Cyprus for a few days? Looking for more than just a bed, but not a club either? Welcome to our place: a cozy and relaxed penthouse apartment with large terraces, 200m from the beach – and cool, open-minded, and slightly naughty hosts 😉

We live in this modern apartment, on the 4th and top floor with elevator, in the central and lively Enaerios district. Whether you're traveling solo or as a couple, you'll have your own private room, with a private bathroom and toilet, just for you. Air conditioning, heating, hot water, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine: all the comforts are here... Here, you can truly disconnect.

Two rooms, two atmospheres:

- Room 1 (Brown): spacious (14 m²), with a queen-size bed (160 cm). This room accommodates two people.

- Room 2 (Green): more intimate (12 m²), with a double bed (140 cm) and direct access to the terrace. This room accommodates one person.

Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet, with access to the terrace, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying your coffee in peace and quiet. Rates for each room are detailed in the Rates section.

Three huge terraces: whether you're looking for sun or shade, you'll always find the perfect spot.

Breakfast is included, and if we're available, we sometimes offer a set menu in the evening – just let us know the day before. Otherwise, Enaerios is full of great places to eat and drink (and we can even go out together if we click).

We're here if you need anything, especially in the morning over coffee. But you'll be independent and free to explore at your own pace, which is important to us.

As for the atmosphere: we're relaxed, and naturism is welcome (within reason, respecting everyone and the neighbors; there isn't much privacy on the terrace). We like guys who are easygoing, kind, and down-to-earth.

And yes, we're also a little bit naughty, but nothing is forced here: the atmosphere remains friendly, respectful, and above all... natural.

Just one small thing: we love meeting people, but we don't try to fill anyone's loneliness. If you come with good energy, curiosity, and are independent, you're in the right place.

Perfect location:

- Renting a car isn't necessary: the bus stop is only a 6-minute walk away. But with a car, you'll have more freedom to explore the island and fully enjoy its diverse sites and landscapes.

- 2-minute walk to a mini-market

- 6-minute walk to the beach

- Numerous restaurants, shops, and hairdressers within a 5-15 minute walk.

- If you rent a car, we have a covered parking space available.

- Limassol Old Town is a 30-minute walk (2.3 km)
