Generally practiced on the ground, it consists of pressure of the palms and thumbs along the meridians defined by traditional Chinese medicine, thus releasing blocked energy and allowing you to regain energetic balance. Practiced regularly, shiatsu helps strengthen your immune system, cope with the changing seasons and better manage your emotions.

intuitive naturist massage

This is a massage inspired by shiatsu, translated into oil, practiced on a table or futon. Depending on the season, your physical or emotional state, I adapt my touch to offer a relaxing, encompassing, muscular, relaxing, energetic and/or gentle and sensual massage. Thanks to this very personalized massage, notably marked by extreme slowness, I guide you on the paths of letting go and reconnecting with your body and your senses.

foot reflexology

It consists of working on the reflex zones located on the arch of the foot, releasing the various blockages while achieving deep relaxation.

I practice 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

I will receive you at my home located in Nanterre-92 (RER A - Nanterre Ville station).

I use a blanket to heat the table or futon, making the treatment even more comfortable.

It is possible to shower before and/or after the treatment.

I come to your place of residence (15km maximum) with table or tatami mats (possibility of massaging on a firm bed only).
