Its original thermal insulation system enables it to be classified in category A on the performance analysis. The house has reversible air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. The house comprises a 70 m2 living room and two large south-facing bedrooms. Each room has a large, comfortable double bed (160cm), and large picture windows with commanding views of the mountains. The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, but does not accept pets.
The owner and designer of the house is a Landscape-Architect and painter, interested in meeting people and sharing knowledge and culture.
