Located on the 3rd and last floor of the residence Les Floralies 2, Avenue du Palais de la Mer in Grau Du Roi - Port Camargue.
The studio is made up of 3 rooms between a row: a small entrance hall (with a wardrobe and everything necessary for maintenance), a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room with kitchenette, fridge (with its freezer compartment), microwave, kettle, Senseo and traditional coffee makers, induction hob. The living room has a 140 x 190 Italian brand sofa bed, TNT television, AIR CONDITIONING and a ceiling fan. A veranda loggia and its dining area with round table, chairs and buffet with crockery and necessary for meals. A terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the moments outside as well as an awning will allow you to protect yourself from the sun.
2 private swimming pools are available in the residence. You will have access to it thanks to bracelets.
2 shopping centers 5 minutes walk from the studio: Samba and Le Floralies.
Beach on foot 5 minutes.
Espiguette beach 5 minutes by car.
Located between Grau du Roi and the first marina in Europe, Port Camargue, you can easily walk to these two places to enjoy the restaurants, walks, night markets in the summer season.
There is a traditional market every day in the locality.
In July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
In June and September, a minimum of 3 nights rental is required.
