The house will suit people looking for calm and tranquility, who will appreciate the charm and authenticity of the village, and also the beautiful walks along the Verdon.
The Quarter :
The house is on 3 levels, it will not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children.
- Ground floor:
An entrance with hallway, laundry room, washing machine, dressing room, a small bedroom
- 1st floor :
A living room with fully equipped kitchen, table with 4 chairs, 3-seater sofa, TV, wi-fi
- 2nd Floor :
A large bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, dressing room, chest of drawers and desk
A bathroom with Italian shower and WC
There is no parking in the street, which is pedestrian, but you can park in the neighboring streets or next to the laundry.
I offer you the closed garage, if you need it.
It is located 100 meters away in a closed enclosure.
Passenger access
You will be the only tenants in the house.
Other remarks
La petite Maison near the Verdon is an old renovated village house.
It is not perfect but very pleasant to live in, and located in absolute calm!
I renovated it with care in order to feel good there during my visits to Vinon.
It is located close to shops, restaurants and bakery, tobacconist, hairdresser, souvenir shops.
