The residence villa fleurs de canne is a residence that respects the values of naturism.

The site has 3 accommodations, 1 east side, 1 west side and 1 south of the villa. A common space is shared (main swimming pool and lounge bar which is located near the swimming pool.

Each unit has its own entrance and private space.

The accommodation, with a surface area of 50m², is located on the ground floor of the villa equipped with a swimming pool, a hot tub and a fully equipped relaxation area. (deckchairs, sunbeds, barbecue). Ideal for 2 adults. A sofa bed in the living room allows you to sleep children there if necessary.

Each accommodation has either a private swimming pool or a jacuzzi. Interior spaces at rentals include:

• a lounge area open to both a kitchen and a terrace.

• a bedroom furnished with a king size bed with a flat screen television and an air conditioner.

The bedroom has a bathroom with a corner bath. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, induction hob, oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery.

The popular common area has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom-wc, a large dining table and a bar facing the swimming pool. The site is bathed in the sun from the morning. The space of your private pool is ideal for sunbathing in peace.

The owners live on the first level of the villa. Each accommodation has its own private entrance.

Possibility to rent the 3 lodgings if you are traveling in a group.

We provide household linen: sheets, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels.

We kindly invite our visitors to smoke outside.

Quiet area enjoying a breathtaking view of almost all of Martinique. Ventilated and warm cottage, very very few mosquitoes.

Near the cottage are a grocery store (200 m), a pizzeria (1.4 km), a bakery (2 km). The nearest beach (Anse Mabouya) is a 12-minute drive away.

The geographical location of the municipality of Sainte Luce naturally gives it a strong appeal. Served by the RN 5, the town is located 20 km from Fot-de-France airport and 25 km from the capital city, Fort de France.
