Located 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the Yumbo on foot, the apartment is ideal for a sun and beach stay or to take refuge there for a few months during the winter. On the 3rd floor overlooking the courtyard with lift in a well maintained residence with swimming pool and reception, many restaurants are within walking distance as well as a small supermarket just opposite the residence.
Completely renovated in 2021, we have fitted out the apartment to make us feel at home, with rattan because we like:
Bedroom :
- a large bed with new quality bedding of 160x200 for the comfort of adults
- a large dressing room in the bedroom to store everything
The stay:
- a large 3-seater sofa with chaise longue
- a dining / work area with a round table in light wood
- a 43-inch LG TV and a 300 Mega wifi box to entertain you or telecommute
- and a real air conditioning for the days when you dream of freshness
The terrace :
- a small terrace to have breakfast or an aperitif in the open air
The kitchen :
- a large fridge / freezer
- a dishwasher because wash the dishes by hand especially on vacation, ... no thank you
- a real oven/microwave
- an induction hob and various cooking equipment
The bathroom :
- a shower, sink, toilet
- a washing machine so you don't miss anything even for a long stay
