Programm:
- Daily dance classes-
The dance classes are provided by 4 teachers: Anne, Audrey, Corentin and Torben. The classes are divided into 4 levels: beginner level (learn the basics with no stress), and levels 1, 2, and 3.
6 dances are chosen among Ballroom and Latins. Routines are demonstrated and explained on the first day in order to help you determining the level that suits you best. Each day includes 3 lessons for levels 1,2 and 3 (2 lessons and a practice supervised by a teacher for beginners). The dances of the week are revealed on the first day, to keep a surprise.
As it is a sport, in order to keep you fit all week long, your teachers offer warm-up and stretching sessions every day before and after classes.
- Workshops-
Throughout the week, after the afternoon lesson, workshops are offered either by teachers or other students if they wish (line dance, initiation to a new dance...)
-Evening Balls-
Every night, balls are organised and give you the opportunity practicing what you have learned, dancing with everybody and enjoy. You can dress-up according to theme of the night, if you wish (request the themes list when you register, in order to prepare you fancy dress, but you are free not to fancy-dress if you don't want to).
-Other activities-
On your free time you can relax, socialise, visit the village where you can refresh in the swimming pool or have a drink at a coffee.
We rent the "Domaine du possible" every year for our dance week. Elodie, Alexander, Fabio and their team are very welcoming. Wide spaces allow to isolate if one wants to, or o gather with others in a bucolic atmosphere. Usually the weather is good enough to have all our meals outdoor.
Prerequisites:
Real beginners are welcome as soon as they can walk: one level is dedicated to them. The ball is a chance to dance with advanced dancers and progress very fast.
Teachers instruct in French, but non-French speaking students understand just watching and get some explanations in English when necessary.
Coming to Eauze:
- If using public transport, Agen is the most convenient High Speed Train station. Arrive before 15:00 PM on the Saturday : a bus is organised to drive you to destination (around 20€ extra is requested for the lift). on the following Saturday, the bus pick us up at 11:00AM and you can plan your return train from Agen after 12:30PM.
- You can of course come by car. Free parking is available on site.
Prices:
- Fees for the week is 680 € including dance-lessons, accommodation and full board.
- A reduced rate of 530 € is offered to people with limited financial means (financial difficulties, students, small pensions). Please contact us.
- An accompanying rate is also offered for those who wish to take advantage of the full-board setting, without taking part in the lessons. This price is 530 €.
The full board formula includes:
- Accommodation in double rooms, collective rooms (2 to 4 people), and single rooms with a supplement of 50 € (6 rooms only available, first registered first served), in dormitories, or in yurts (2 to 4 people). SINGLE AND DOUBLE ROOMS FULL FOR 2024
- Full board includes three meals (wine included), as well as snacks during morning and afternoon breaks. Please do not forget to specify on the registration form your different diets and food allergies.
At registration, a deposit of 80 € is requested. The balance can be paid in full or by several payments according to the following methods:
- By cash-transfer to the Rainbow Evidanse bank account:

- By holiday vouchers. In this case, please send an email to mdominique.arnaud@hotmail.fr to indicate your payment will be made by holiday vouchers. Please, keep in mind holiday vouchers should be given from the first days of the week to Dominique Arnaud or Hamdi Haddif.
- By credit card, on site.
- Cash, if other payment methods are not possible.
Taking part of Eauze dance-week, requires to be member of Rainbow Evidanse association.
If you are not up to date with your subscription in 2024, remember to pay it on the website!
The price for membership from August to December 2024 is 8 €.
