On the Arcachon basin, in a small town called LE TEICH, between the basin and the Leyre delta, within the Natura 2000 classified natural park, I welcome you to a new house, in a 20 m2 suite with Italian shower, bath tub, WC, 160 bed.

This suite opens directly onto the garden, not overlooked, via a large bay window.

The house is particularly well located since within a radius of 500 meters, you will access:

- at the marina,

- at the ornithological park,

-to the La Leyre river with the possibility of renting canoes for a descent of this river which is a delight.

- at an equestrian center offering multiple horseback riding

- a possibility to rent bicycles, electric boats, puddles ....

- in the city center with its market on Saturday morning as well as many shops

- the coastal paths as well as the cycle paths which serve the entire Arcachon basin

The city of Arcachon is 15 min by car or 10 min by train. The ocean beaches, some of which are nudist like the Laguna beach, are 25 minutes away by car.
