The villa can accommodate up to 10 people in its 4 accommodations:
- on the ground floor: an independent bungalow for two people, entirely new and equipped, with air-conditioned bedroom, TV, bathroom and WC separate from the bedroom, covered terrace of 10 m² with kitchenette, fridge, washing machine wash...
- still on the ground floor: a large one-bedroom apartment of 45 m² for a maximum of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), with air-conditioned bedroom, separate WC and bathroom, laundry room with washing machine and large storage space, living room with TV, sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen area, widely open onto a large terrace of over 20 m², flowered and shaded
- upstairs: two separate bedrooms with fridge, coffee machine, WC and private bathroom (one of the two also benefiting from a private entrance and terrace, with dining area), plus large common areas shared with the owners (TV lounge, covered terrace with sea view, large fully equipped kitchen)
- in the garden, at the back of the villa: a 6.5 x 3 m swimming pool, surrounded by a large synthetic turf swimming pool deck.
