Genuine Gascon cuisine is interpreted by Chef Marc Abramovici, who honed his consumate skills in the illustrious Catalan kitchens of two-Michelin-starred Abac and three-Michelin-starred Raco de Can Fabes before coming home to Le Florida.
Now, we work with our local suppliers on the organic with regenerative agricultural practices.
There is a pastoral yet gracious Gascon farmhouse atmosphere in this oasis, which seats up to 25 guests. In the summer months there is a shady terrace on which to eat. Meals attract a demanding local and international clientele – it’s an address for the discerning. 
Try the Michelin ‘dégustation’ menu which makes all the decisions for you – relax, enjoy the service and linger over the wine list.
Hip, but cozy – Baptiste caters for travellers who want to live and eat like locals.
Furthermore, you can book our dining room for 18 for any event, from a family reunion to a business meeting. From 21 at the lunch (except sunday & bank holiday), 34€, 50€, à la carte 45-55€.
