Bruno and Olivier welcome you to this former 12th century Benedictine priory nestled at the foot of Mont Ventoux, a few minutes from Vaison La Romaine, Le Prieuré La Madelène is a charming and intimate guest house for a stay with friends, moments to yourself or romantic.

The enveloping intimacy of the Priory La Madelène with its stone vaults and beams in Provencal simplicity is an invitation to relax.

On a human scale, this 12th century Benedictine building steeped in history, which was owned for nearly twenty years by the writer Marie Cardinal, is nestled in the middle of arboricultural farms: cherry trees, arbricot trees, vines, olive trees.

If you want to come and recharge your batteries in the heart of the Provençal countryside, in a pretty charming vacation rental, you will appreciate coming to "sit" at the Prieuré gîte.

The gîte is perfectly integrated into a fairly recent extension of the Priory. A small house on the ground floor with independent access. The main access overlooks the swimming pool.

Part of the cottage is built on safre which gives it a natural freshness in summer in addition to the vegetation that surrounds it. A window to the south on the living room side, and several windows and patio doors to the entrance facing west.

The cottage is ideally located for exploring the region. Biker friends, we will share with you some routes that we particularly appreciate.
