The restaurant Le Pavillon des Lys is composed of three dining rooms, all elegantly decorated.
When the weather is nice, you can also eat outside in the garden or on the first-floor balcony, view on the Chateau in a very peaceful setting. A passionate, gastronomic Chef, Sébastien Bégouin has acquired his experiences in some best Restaurants in France, but also knows all the basic French cooking.
His love of exotic tastes has inspired his cooking and allowed him to elaborate his own style.
Figuring in most of the best Gastronomic Guide Books, his imaginative cooking is often praised by the Gastronomic Press.The Restaurant Le Pavillon des Lys only proposes fresh and seasonal foods which means its unique menu changes regularly. All the selected fresh products are used at their tip-top best coming from local farms or markets when possible.
