This easy-going bistro is partly carved into the hillside. The delicate cuisine is served on their terrace around a fountain and overlooking the Luberon hills of the Vaucluse.
The inventive chefs, Guy Malbec and Jean-Christophe Lèche, have given recipes of long standing a new and livelier taste. The menu varies with the season.
