You'll find the workshop near the Vieille-Charité Museum in the middle of Le Panier (the basket), Marseille's oldest district.

It's easy to find if you follow the Red Line, a tourist rail that starts outside the Tourist Office and leads you around the Old Port and Le Panier.

There is a wonderfull collection of workshop/galleries in the Panier, several of which belong to potters and ceramists, each one with their own very individual style.

Serge's workshop is packed with bright and inviting colors.

You will find whole series of beautiful objects decorated with his favorite characters and motifs, provencale gecko and characters from the tales of Arabian Nights.

Serge draws his inspiration from Mediterranean basin cultures and traditions, the same cultures and traditions which reflect the nature of the city in which he chose to come and live: Marseille.
